The best time for rafting in Nepal is September to December and march to June. In this time, the rivers can be extremely high with monsoon run off. Any expedition attempted. Kali gandaki:- The Kali gandaki river is an excellent river for rafting. There is no road alongside and the scenery, village, and temple all combine to make it a great river trip. The rapids on the kali gandaki are much more technical and continual then other River. Trisuli River:- Trisuli river is latest desirable trips and cheapest rafting trips in Nepal. It is easy access just out of kathmandu. Marshyangdi river :- The marshyangdi river was one of the best white water runner  in the world but now a days because of hydro project has effecting this world class rafting. It is still possible to have two days rafting on the rapids before reaching the dam.The trips start with the bus ride from dumre to besisahar. from there start small beautiful trek up to nagdi village with view of annapurna and manasalu himal. It is also possible to make 3days trek and 2 days raft trip from nagdi downstream to the end of the trip at the dam site above phaliya sangu, it is pretty much solid white water.
Tamur River:- This river is newly opened and seldom run, this river combine one of the best short treks with some really challenging white water action. The logistics of this trip makes it a real expedition and while is is a little more complicated then other river.
Karnali river:-Karnali river is longest, largest and Gem river in Nepal. Combining a short trek with some of the prettiest canyons and jungle scenery it is also one of the best river for raft. most experienced rafter who have paddled the karnali find it one of the best all around river trips they have ever done. In high water, the karnali is a serious river, combining huge through fairly straight forward, rapids with a seriously remote location at low water. the karnali river is still a fantastic for river trip. karnali river trip starts with long but interesting bus journey to remote far west. it is also possible to fly to napalganj.  
Sun kosi river:-sun kosi river is the big river  and it offer best raft trip in Nepal.Traversing 270 km. through the beautiful mahabharat range on its meandering way from the put in at dolalghat to the take out at chatara which is far down on the gangetic plain
